Why is my (test) data on the SyncForce Cloud (test) environment gone?
Every Monday morning (early in the morning), the data from the Cloud environment is overwritten with a fresh copy and configuration of the Live environment.
Every Monday morning (early in the morning), the data from the Cloud environment is overwritten with a fresh copy and configuration of the Live environment. This ensures that you always have relatively recent data to work with.
If the need arises to keep working with the same data on the Cloud environment for a longer period than a week, the Monday morning restores can temporarily be put on hold. Ask your SyncForce Implementation Partner about this.
NOTE:
These periods should be as short as possible, as your SyncForce Implementation Partner also uses the environment for testing.
