If you experience unexpected behavior in SyncForce, the first step is to check our Status Page: https://status.syncforce.com. This page provides real-time updates on system health and availability.

On the Status Page, you can:

  • View current incidents: See if the issue you are experiencing is already being investigated.

  • Check scheduled maintenance: Stay informed about planned downtime, typically related to new releases going live.

  • Subscribe to updates: Use the “Subscribe to updates” option in the top right corner to receive email notifications whenever incidents are reported or maintenance is scheduled.

By subscribing, you’ll always be the first to know about service disruptions, maintenance windows, and when issues are resolved.
