What TLS protocol versions are supported by SyncForce platform?

This Knowledge base article describes the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol versions supported by the SyncForce platform, APIs, and related endpoints.

Supported Versions

When using the SyncForce platform via a browser, only TLS 1.2 is supported for inbound and outbound encrypted connections. Exposed APIs and other endpoints support TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3.

The following list shows which endpoints are limited to TLS 1.2, and which endpoints support both TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3.

Security Guidance

• Users connecting to the SyncForce platform must ensure compatibility with TLS 1.2

• Integration with endpoints should prefer TLS 1.3 where possible.
