      What are the reasons a file cannot be converted via FileConvert?

      Files which are processed via the FileConvert, in order to convert it to another file type, size, resolution etc, are checked if they can be processed. There are a few reasons why a file cannot be processed at all.

       

      Reason Applicable to Error code
      The source file is too small Image files 0001
      The file cannot be opened (is corrupt) Image files, PDF, DOCX, XLSX 0007
      The file is password protected PDF, DOCX, XLSX 0008
