How can I check a QR code or other 2D barcode in the Approval Tool?

To scan/check a 2D barcode (including QR Code) you need to select a slightly bigger area.

The SyncForce Approval Tool supports scanning the following barcodes:

The option to scan a barcode is listed here:

Scanning the barcode gives the information in the barcode and for you the option to verify if the data in the barcode is correct.

For very small barcodes like the DataMatrix, selecting just around the barcode gives the message 'No barcode information found.'. See below:

The solution for this is to make just a slightly bigger selection around the barcode. See below:
