My password is incorrect on SyncForce.cloud

Use the 'Forgot your password' functionality to reset your password.

When I sign in to SyncForce on the Cloud environment, my password which I use on the Live environment is not recognized, what should I do?

  • Click on the 'Forgot your password?' option.
  • Send the verification code to verify your email address.
  • Check your email and copy paste the code you've received in the email.
  • Fill in a new password / your password as you use on the Live environment and confirm.
