My Content language is on English but when I manage a product, the product content is shown in Dutch, why is this?

The product content is managed in the product base language.

You can set your Preferred content language and Interface language in your account.

When managing the product data for a product, it's not your Preferred content language which is used for managing the product data. Every product is created in a 'Base language'. So the product data is managed in this product Base language.

In the example below, the product base language is Dutch and thus all content is shown in Dutch. The same is for all other tabs (Specs, Label info, Product text, Manufacturing).

Your Preferred content language is used in the Product Catalog. The product data is shown in this language. When a product is available in other languages as well, these are available in the dropdown top right.
