Metadata for configuring report variants

Easy to use report for helping you to get report variants configured.

Excel Template reports in SyncForce support multiple filter parameters so you can generate reports that include only the relevant products. Parameters which often occur are:

  • Language - this is a single select, highly recommended to select the default content language. Other languages are possible as well, but can not be imported into SyncForce.

  • Brands - only the products of 1 specific brand, a few brands, or simply 'all' to ignore this filter.

  • Product Classes - only the products of 1 specific product class, a few product classes, or simply 'all' to ignore this filter.
  • Propositions - only the products of 1 specific proposition, a few propositions, or simply 'all' to ignore this filter.
  • Product teams - only the products of 1 specific product team, a few product teams, or simply 'all' to ignore this filter.
  • Statuses - this filter works the other way around. Include the statuses which should NOT be included in this report (so excluded). This can be 1 status to exclude (just leave out the Archived products), multiple statuses (leave out all Archived and Unpublished products) or simply 'none' to ignore this filter (and include all statuses).
