Check the report with all additives and see which need to become available. Your SyncForce Implementation Partner can make these available for you.
Per product it's possible to add ingredients to the list of ingredients. The following ingredient types are available:
- Fish
- Additive
- Composite
- Base ingredient
Per ingredient type is defined which additional information can be filled in. For example for Fish, the catch area and method are available to fill in.
The list of ingredients is not yet available
The list of ingredients functionality can be found per product in the tab 'Manufacturing' as first section. If this section is not visible, ask your SyncForce Implementation Partner to configure this for you. Mention to your partner which ingredient types (as per above) you would like to manage.
Publication of Additives to data channels
Additives are only published to GS1 and in specific only to target markets Germany and Switzerland. New additives do not need to be added to the SyncForce - GS1 mapping. The additive and purpose BREF are used for this.
Please contact your SyncForce Implementation Partner if additives also need to be published to GS1 but then to other target markets or to another data channel.
Which additives are available in SyncForce and configured for you as customer?
There is one list of additives configured in SyncForce. Every additive has a purpose and an additive can have multiple purposes. To get insight in this list of additives, ask your SyncForce Implementation Partner to configure the report 'PIM Additives and Purposes - per customer'. Per additive - purpose combination is listed if this combination has been turned ON for you as a customer.
Make existing additives available for you as customer
Additive - purpose combinations which are available in SyncForce but not yet for you as customer can be turned ON. Ask your SyncForce Implementation Partner for this. Mark the additive - purpose combinations in the report which you would like to be turned ON and deliver this to your SyncForce Implementation Partner.
Complete additive / purpose translations for your content languages
When you start working with additives, it might be the case that additives are made available for you but for which the translations in your content languages are missing. Deliver the missing translations of the additives and if applicable the purposes to your SyncForce Implementation Partner.
Existing additives and purposes, but new combinations
When an additive is already available in SyncForce and the purpose as well, but not yet in the additive - purpose combination you need, this new combination can become available. Deliver the new additive and purpose combinations to your SyncForce Implementation Partner.
New additives and/or purposes
Additives and/or the purposes you're using in your products but which are not yet available in the list, can be added to SyncForce. Deliver the new additive - purpose combinations to your SyncForce Implementation Partner.
Deliver for new additives, per additive:
- E-number
- Additive name in your content languages
Deliver for new purposes, per purpose:
- Singular Purpose name in your content languages
- Plural Purpose name in your content languages
