How to give the Syncko AI Agent our company context and specific instructions?
Company context and specific instructions for the AI Agent can be supplied in Settings → Syncko Settings.
The Syncko AI Agent which is used in SyncForce can be instructed with your company context and specific instructions on translation preferences. This Company profile and the Instructions are sent together with the requested translation to give a translation which is tailored to your business.
- Sign in to [customer].syncforce.com
- Top right, go to Settings → Syncko Settings. This section is only available for Super Admins.
- Draft a clear Company Profile.
- Add any special translation instructions.
- Save updates. All future translations follow your guidance.
