The module 'Exports & Reports Administration' gives the option to deactivate a report and to remove the access rights to a report in bulk.
- If you do not have access rights to the Exports & Reports Administration module, contact your SyncForce Implementation Partner to make it available for you.
- If a report is not available in the Exports & Reports Administration module but it is available in the Exports & Reports module, contact your SyncForce Implementation Partner to make it available in the Exports & Reports Administration module as well.
- The ‘Exports & Reports Administration’ module shows all reports which are linked to this module. There are NO additional rights per user to check which reports to show.
- Deactivated reports are still available in the Exports & Reports module but it's no longer possible to request new reports. This is useful when the historic files need to stay available for the users. If that's not applicable, also remove the access to the report you're about to deactivate for the users as well. To deactivate a report
- Login to [customer].syncforce.com
- Go to the specific module on the landing page (for example 'Manage Product Portfolio')
- Go to the ‘Exports & Reports Administration’ module
- Go to the related report
- Deactivate
To remove the access to a report for users in bulk
To remove the access for a specific report for all / a selection of users in bulk, take the following steps:
- Login to [customer].syncforce.com
- Go to the specific module on the landing page (for example 'Manage Product Portfolio')
- Go to the ‘Exports & Reports Administration’ module
- Go to the related report (check if the filter is on All / Active / Inactive to find it)
- Select a number of users / all users and click ‘Remove selected’ or remove an individual user
