How to create/maintain Lead & derived mappings

Under Manage Product Portfolio => Settings => Attribute list you can find the Lead attribute and manage the derived values there.

Where and how to manage?

  1. Go to Manage Product Portfolio

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Attribute list

  4. Find and select the Lead attribute you need to update

  5. Go to Derived values tab

  6. Select the Lead value you need to update

  7. If needed, create a New revision and click the blue pencil edit button

  8. Select the correct derived value(s) you need to update

  9. Click the green confirm button

  10. Activate the new Lead & derived value pair revision
