The user does not need to have access to Manage Product Portfolio. In the Packaging Systems Manager it's possible to send out a request to the Authorized Compliance Signatory of the Manufacturer. The recipient of this invitation needs to be a user in SyncForce. This user does **not** need to have access to Manage Product Portfolio. You can give the users access to the Libraries (Product Catalog, Media Library). ### How to setup? - Go to Manage Contacts & Users - Create a partner account - Go to 'Partners / Accounts' - New account - Select account type - Assign the markets and brands this manufacturer is responsible for. - Create an office and set the Legal entity settings - Legal entity status - Draft - this will become a legal entity, but settings are not yet complete - Valid - this office is a legal entity at the moment - Inactive - this office was a legal entity but is currently no longer a legal entity - Packaging system publication policy - No - DoC and technical documentation are NOT published to the Vault, no direct links available - Declaration of Conformity only - The DoC files are published to the Vault and a direct link is generated - Full - The DoC files and technical documentation files are published to the Vault and a direct link is generated - States eligible for publication - Signed - At the moment a DoC is signed, the files are published to the Vault - Ready for signature & Signed - At the moment a DoC is generated and signed, the files are published to the Vault - Fill in the postal address, this is used in the Declaration of Conformity. - Fill in the Contact information. This can be the Authorized Compliance Signatory. Make sure to set the user Job function. This is mandatory on signing the Declaration of Conformity. - Make sure the legal entity is assigned to the brands. - Go to the Settings Manager - Go to the specific brand - Select the manufacturer - Repeat for the other brands - Create a user account for the new created contact. - Go to the contact, tab 'User account' and click 'Create user account' - Select the user group - Suggestion to turn ON the 'My actions' widget on the landing page for this user group. The user will receive an action on the landing page whenever an invite to sign a DoC is sent. - Select the option 'Authorized compliance signatory' - Select the content and interface languages - Keep the 'Send notification email' checkbox ON so the user is informed about his/her SyncForce user account. - Test with the user if (s)he can access SyncForce. - The user will need to set his/her password on first sign in. - When sign in is successful, the user can receive invitations to sign the Declaration of Conformities.   ### To arrange with your SyncForce Implementation partner Arrange with your SyncForce Implementation partner if the configuration needs to be adjusted. -
