How do I register for a SyncForce Portal user account?

Fill in your email address on the sign in page and click 'Continue'. You will see the option to register for an account to get access to this portal.

  • Go to the SyncForce portal to which you would like to have access.

  • Enter your email address and click on 'Continue'

  • A message is now shown directing you to the registration page if this email address is not yet a user for this SyncForce portal.

NOTE: The messages which can be shown on the sign in page are dependent on different settings. Check out this documentation.

  • The most straight forward next step is that the user will register for a new SyncForce user account with which the user can sign in to the SyncForce portal:

  • After the user has created a SyncForce user account, the user is directed to the SyncForce registration page.


  • After completing the SyncForce registration page, the registrant will need to be approved by a User Administrator and the user receives a email. By clicking the link in the email, the user has access to the SyncForce portal.
