How can I remove the digital asset thumbnails from my Excel report?

Get an additional report variant configured without the digital asset thumbnails.

The 'Digital Asset Data Template' report can contain thumbnails for every digital asset. This can be useful for some purposes. But this also affects the file size. The Excel file gets much bigger with the thumbnails.

The shown thumbnails are for information only. These will not be updated once the Excel file is imported. Check out the full import instructions on: https://synf.co/da-import

In case you would like to have an Excel file with the digital asset thumbnails, get another report variant configured since having the thumbnails in the file or not is a parameter. Ask your SyncForce Implementation Partner to do so.
