SyncForce Circular PIM supports a structured and flexible data model that allows organizations to manage both standardized product data and customer-specific extensions.
To support this dual need, we distinguish between two types of attributes:
- Standard Attributes
- Custom Attributes.
Standard Attributes
Standard Attributes are preconfigured by SyncForce and are part of the core data model. These attributes are designed based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and are common across all customers in relevant domains.

Cannot be modified or deleted by customers

Custom Attributes
Custom Attributes allow customers to tailor the data model to their specific business needs without customization of the software. These attributes can be configured at various levels (e.g., Product Class, Shipping Unit, Project Type, Location Type) and are fully supported in the UI and API.
