Do we have access to the SyncForce Cloud environment for training & testing?
Access to the SyncForce Cloud environment is arranged via your SyncForce Licence.
The SyncForce Cloud environment is a replication of the Live environment which can be used for training & testing. Whether you as a customer have access to this Cloud environment is defined in your SyncForce Licence. See https://www.syncforce.com/licence-plans/
Which SyncForce Licence you have is listed in the report 'SyncForce Licenses'.
It can be the case that you have a SyncForce Licence different from the ones on the SyncForce website or additional agreements have been made. Your licence plan in the report is then called 'Custom'. Check the 'Access to Cloud environment for training & testing' setting in the report whether you have access.
Access to Cloud is in your SyncForce Licence
When access to Cloud is in your licence, all users can access the SyncForce environment on:
https://[customer].syncforce.cloud.
No access to Cloud
When access to Cloud is not available in your SyncForce Licence, you will see a message on the Sign in page:
It will not be possible to sign in to SyncForce on the Cloud environment. If you try, the message will turn red:
IP-address whitelisting
The previous way to grant access to the SyncForce Cloud environment was by whitelisting IP-addresses. This is no longer needed. The IP-addresses have been removed from the whitelist. Granting access is now only arranged by your SyncForce Licence.
