How to get access to the Acterus Service Desk ticket system

Learn how to manage your Acterus Service Desk tickets better with Zendesk

Sending in a Service Desk ticket for support of your SyncForce environment has been kept easy by simply sending an email to servicedesk@acterus.com. Replies from our team are also sent in the form of an email, but behind the scenes all of this is managed by the Zendesk software.

Access to Zendesk

Do you send in tickets regularly and/or want to keep track of all the tickets sent in by you and your colleagues? In this case it might be useful to gain access to Zendesk yourself.

Are you interested and registered as a Power User for SyncForce? Send an email to servicedesk@acterus.com to request a login password and state if you only want to see your own tickets or all the tickets from your company.

After this is done you can get a password by using the "Forgot password?" link on the sign in screen:
