Can I manually add an Approval workflow to my project?

All Approval workflows from the project template are available. You can add more workflows and these are right away available in existing projects.

Only the approval workflows which are assigned to the deliverable in the project template are available to be selected. So manually adding another approval workflow to a deliverable is not possible.

In this example, only the workflow 'Approve Artwork' is available:

You can adjust the project template to include other approval workflows as well for this deliverable. You don't need to create a new project, the approval workflows are right away available for the deliverable in existing projects.
