A digital asset is not shown in the Media Library. What can be the case?
Whether a digital asset is shown in the Media Library depends on the Digital asset Digital Life Cycle status, user group, brand and market segmentation.
A digital asset is shown in the Media Library when the following requirements are met:
- Digital asset Digital Life Cycle status is Published.
- The digital asset is available for the user group (the user group segmentation).
- The digital asset is available for a brand the user is responsible for.
- The digital asset is available for a market the user is responsible for.
If you've made any changes to these settings, sign out and in again to see the digital asset in the Media Library. If the digital asset is still not available, check if the user has the rights on the brands and/or markets. See the instructions below.

For external users, the brands and markets are defined for the account the user belongs to. So on company level. Go to Manage Contacts & Users, go to the account this user belongs to and manage the brands and markets on the tabs 'Brands' and 'Markets'.
